St. Petersburg is known as the “Sunshine City,” where residents and visitors enjoy 361 days of clear skies every year. With 244 miles of glimmering coastline, there is so much to do. If you are in the area, you must do these five things in St. Petersburg, Florida. Whether you love nature, art, food, or drinks, there’s something for you.

Fort De Soto Park is one of my favorite places in St. Petersburg. This beautiful state park has more than just an award-winning beach but also has various activities to do such as kayaking, biking, fishing, and visiting the historic fort.
2. View Fine Art at The Dali Museum

I have been an artist my whole life and appreciate all kinds of art, but you don’t have to be an artist to enjoy The Dali Museum. This exhibit contains an exceptional collection of Salvador Dali artwork in a gorgeous waterfront setting. Dali’s surreal artwork will have your imagination going crazy!
3. Explore The Sunken Garden

This spectacular botanical garden contains plants and structures that are over 100 years old! The Sunken Gardens has so much to see, which includes exotic plants from all around the world, various wildlife, cascading waterfalls, and over 50,000 tropical plants and flowers.
4. Celebrate First Friday
On the first Friday of every month, Downtown St. Petersburg (also known as DTSP) hosts the biggest block party in the city. First Friday St. Pete is a showcase for the great drinks, live music, and delicious food. I just love the atmosphere and vibe throughout the night!
5. Live at Camden Pier District
