We even heat it in the wintertime so when temperatures drop, you can still take the plunge! Our pool area also includes cabanas fit for a resort, a hot tub, and an outside fire pit.

If you are looking for a place to entertain, look no further! The clubhouse offers our residents a place to go with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of comfortable seating and free Wi-Fi. DC Ranch Access

One of the benefits of being a resident here is exclusive access to the DC Ranch community centers. Only open to those who live in this private community, our residents get to indulge in all their amenities. Their community centers include a heated recreational pool, pickleball court, tennis court, fitness center with yoga classes, and so much more! They also hold events there, such as a social hour and food truck nights. One of my favorite events they host is the yappy hour, where dog owners bring their furry friends and plenty of pup treats are provided!

Access to Shopping

Camden Foothills is located right in the middle of the DC Ranch Crossing shopping center. With a shop for every single one of your needs right outside your door, why go anywhere else? There are plenty of local eateries to try, AJ’s Fine Foods for grocery shopping, the UPS store, and a few spas/salons so you can easily treat yourself!

McDowell Mountains

Arizona is one of the best places to get out and take a hike. With the McDowell Sonoran Preserve right behind us, you will have access to tons of good trails where you can fully enjoy our desert terrain. If you aren’t a big hiker, no problem! We have a paved path around our entire community to help you enjoy the mountain views on a leisurely stroll.
