Here are all the tools Camden has in place for you during this unprecedented time:

1. Virtual Tours via Facetime or Skype

If you prefer a bit of human interaction and Q&A beyond what the online virtual tour offers, ou can reach a friendly Camden team member to schedule a Live Video Tour! Choose a day & time that works best for you and they will walk you through an apartment on a live video call.  Another option along the same lines is that you can also request a pre-recorded video tour of an available apartment at any Camden apartment community.

2. 360 Virtual Tours on Camdenliving.com

Virtually walk through an apartment or the amenities at your preferred Camden community! You can hop on every Camden community’s website to click through the amenities and select floor plans. Simply click on “Virtual Tour” on the community page.

The Virtual Tour link will open a window that shows you options of what floor plans and amenities you can virtually tour. By clicking the button in the bottom center of the screen, you will see all available virtual tours. Once you choose an amenity or floor plan to virtually tour, click the green dots to move through the space. Use your mouse to click and drag the screen for the 360 effects.

3. Self-Guided Tour

At this time, Camden apartments nationwide are also offering self-guided tours. Contact your Camden team to learn if this is an option at the community you’d like to see. They will let you know where their lockbox is located and how to pick up keys to look at an apartment in person. Your Camden Team Member will provide a site map and explain how to arrive at the available apartment. While in the apartment, you can speak with them over the phone with any questions you have. Be sure to return the key when you are done! For everyone’s safety in between tours, your Camden Team is thoroughly spraying and sanitizing the apartment according to CDC guidelines.

4. Apply Online

Applying to lease the Camden apartment of your dreams is an easy online process! Ask your Camden Team Member to email you a price quote with a link to the online application which you can fill out from home. The application process takes only 15-20 minutes and your results come back within a few minutes! You can also generate price quotes yourself online via Camdenliving.com.

5. Camden’s 24/7 Contact Center

Do you have questions about a Camden apartment, but it's after business hours? Don’t stress! The Camden Contact Center (CCC) is available for you. They can answer questions about the Camden community you are interested in, walk you through the online application, and will be there to assist after you move in too! To get in touch, simply call the office number of the Camden community you are interested in. After business hours, the calls automatically forward to a trained Camden employee in Houston, TX who will be happy to assist.
