Did I hear that you found your perfect Camden community? The one with a great location, fantastic amenities, gorgeous apartments, and spacious floorplans. That is amazing! Now that you have found your perfect community, you must decide which floor to move into. There are many factors to consider when choosing the ideal floor for you! Here are just a few to consider:

Noise Level
The noise level in your apartment can vary depending on which floor you are living on. The closer to the ground floor, the more you may experience cars driving by, people talking on their phones, or a few friendly barks from your neighbor's new puppy on a walk. Living on a higher floor tends to dampen the street noise, but if you are in a high rise, you may hear heavier weather and wind.
Accessibility
Getting in and out of your apartment easily is usually high on the priority list. If you have any mobility challenges that make living on the upper floor of a community with no elevators difficult, then a first–floor apartment might be for you! This makes bringing in groceries or your new apartment décor items to your front door as easy as can be.

View
Looking out the window or sitting on my balcony on a nice day is one of my favorite things to do. I love people-watching, seeing nature all around, and catching a breathtaking sunset. The higher the floor you live on, the more area you can take in. If you want to feel like you are in nature or right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city, then a lower floor would be a great fit.
