Much like a snowflake (which we don’t get to see much of in Arizona) each home is unique and no two are the same. Each apartment differs in flooring, cabinetry, and countertops. My favorite floor plan is the Slate, commonly nicknamed ‘The Penthouse’.
The Slate floor plan has everything you could possibly want and more. At 2,137 square feet this layout offers 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a private den, and two balconies. The windows featured in this floorplan are one of the things that most attracted me to it. They are so unique and allow to space to feel open and modern.
The chef-inspired kitchens, stainless appliances, granite countertops, open concept floorplan, and walk in closets check every box on your search list. Not to mention the beautiful pool, 24-hour gym, and grills that Camden Sotelo offers for their residents.
Camden Sotelo also has one of the most unique features of any apartment community in the Tempe area, an underground parking garage. Each apartment receives a reserved parking spot in the underground garage! This parking feature will truly benefit your car in the summer and allow you to stay shaded from the Arizona sun.
Camden Sotelo’s staff is a major reason to move in as soon as possible! The Leasing Staff and Maintenance Team take pride in their community and aim to make everyone feel at home. As one resident said, “This property is great. All new appliances, perfect location and very friendly staff. I want to thank Adam and Justin for helping with upkeep items, they keep everything in perfect working condition. You can tell these guys are here for a reason...because they're the best!”
