If there’s anything you need to know about Camden, it’s that when people join the company or move in, it’s usually for the long haul! Camden has a way of making people feel like family, whether they’re residents, vendors, and even employees!

At Camden, we have the pleasure of celebrating 30 Years with the company with Sandy, a Leasing Consultant here in Orlando, Florida. Aside from the obvious; we wanted to know a little bit more of why Sandy decided to choose Camden again and again.

When asked Why Camden for 30 years, Sandy couldn't help but simply say, “Because it’s a great company! I’ve met some great people and I’ve made some good friends over the years.”

“The company itself is a solid company to work for – it’s been good to me just by how they treat their employees…We’re family and Camden does care, not just about our community but they truly invest in their employees and believe in them!” With insight like that, it’s no reason Camden has continuously been listed on Great Places to Work for 11 years in a row!

In addition to the company events, holiday parties, volunteer opportunities, and having way too much fun, Sandy said that it’s simple in what motivates her to do what she does. “I make people happy and I take the stress out of their lives by finding them homes. We treat them like family and make them part of the Camden family.”

Aside from a nice retirement at her dream beach house (she said she’s not going anywhere just yet) she looks forward to enjoying the upcoming years with Camden. Thank you, Sandy, from the bottom of our hearts for your time, commitment, and love that you have for Camden. You truly make Camden a great place to work!
