We have Fun!

One of Camden’s nine key values is to have fun.  All our employees work hard, and we like to celebrate our teams and have fun throughout the year. We dress up for Halloween, challenge each other at the bowling alley, or enjoy being in each other’s company. One way we celebrate our team members is our annual A. C.E. Awards which stands for Achieving Camden Excellence. We gather our teams together to recognize the hard work and achievements throughout the year. Each year employees are nominated by their co-workers for an “ACE Award.” This significant award is given in each city to an employee who Achieves Camden Excellence by living the Camden values every day.

We Care

Every year, every Camden employee joins together to tackle community service projects across the nation. From rebuilding veteran’s homes, painting homeless shelters or collecting and packing school supplies for military children, Camden encourages all of us to help others. The Camden Employee Emergency Relief Fund was created to assist associates in supporting one another directly.  This fund is made up of employee contributions that will provide financial assistance on an individual basis to Camden employees in case of severe hardship due to natural disaster, family emergency or other overwhelming, unexpected event. Camden and its employees care about the people and the communities that we serve.
