Camden Cares is how we give back to the communities where we live and work. It is also one of my favorite Camden events. We invest and support those in need and give back to those who have given so much to us in every community we serve. We can accomplish so much together when we work with our team members and neighbors! Our Florida and Georgia teams have been busy volunteering at some fantastic organizations, and I would love to share with you.
Covenant House Georgia Our Atlanta teams showed up and worked hard at Covenant House Georgia this year. Covenant House is pivotal in the community to help youth experiencing homelessness and escaping trafficking. Not only do they provide a bed and warm meal but they show unconditional love and support to our youth when they need it the most. Our teams were on hand to beautify and give love to this fantastic organization. From leaving words of inspiration to young people in need to helping with the cleanup and showing love for their garden-to-table efforts and the community's overall beautification.

Feeding Tampa Bay and Feeding South Florida
Feeding Tampa Bay and Feeding South Florida's mission is to end hunger in their market by providing immediate access to nutritious food, leading hunger and poverty advocacy efforts and transforming lives through innovative programming and education. Camden did a fantastic job packing 432 bags for our BayCare team, helped update South Florida's facilities with freshly painted walls, and sorted a whopping 47,338 pounds of food, equally 39,448 meals created for our communities. We all want to end hunger by bringing communities together to fight against hunger.
United Against Poverty
United Against Poverty is an amazing organization right in the heart of Orlando. Their mission is to serve those in poverty by providing crisis care, case management, education/training, food and household subsidy, employment training, and much more. Our Camden Orlando team came in 90-strong and had the pleasure of stocking and cleaning the shelves at the United Against Poverty pantry. Between clothes, products, food, and dry goods, we sorted and organized the shelves for our local Orlando neighbors in need. UAP truly wants to inspire and empower people living in poverty to lift themselves and their families to economic self-sufficiency, and we hope Camden did our part to help achieve this goal.
