Camden Cares is a huge part of what makes Camden so special! Our communities participate in events throughout the year to give back to the areas where we live and work.

From food drives to park clean-ups, our team coordinates events for our team and residents to participate in while being a part of something bigger in their local community.

Some recent events included giving Mother Nature a big hug and cleaning up the local parks in Charlotte, NC and Tempe, AZ.

The most recent events that have taken place here in Arizona are a back-to-school drive and celebrating First Responder’s Day. Seeing our Camden team members and residents come together to give back and make an impact is so refreshing!

School Supplies Drive

This year, our teams participated in a school drive where our residents and Camden employees donated school supplies to give to the organization A New Leaf. When our crew dropped off supplies, they let us know they were super low on school supply donations this year, and our generous donation would go a long way to students in need!

First Responder’s Day

Our teams also acknowledged First Responder’s Day on 9/11 by gifting goodies to our local first responder teams. We traveled to our closest hospitals, police stations and fire stations to drop off the gift baskets. The gift baskets included tons of treats, such as energy drinks, snacks, and a personalized card. We wanted to surprise them with a small gift for all they do for us and the community. We are so grateful for their service and hard work!
