At Camden, we find opportunities to help our local communities and give back to those who give so much. Camden Cares is a program where employees and residents from our Camden communities across the country can participate and find ways to give back through donations or volunteering. Over the past few months, Arizona has held events that brought residents, employees, and our Arizona apartment communities together.

Holidays - Food and Toy Drives

During the 2022 holiday season, we partnered with the Phoenix Children’s Hospital and United Food Bank to donate toys and food to those in need.

Our communities donated over 1,000 pounds of food to United Food Bank. This donation made 833 meals to families in need possible thanks to our Camden team members and residents' generous contributions!

Our donation to the Phoenix Children’s Hospital included toys donated by residents and employees and toys we bought from the funds raised at our Arizona Christmas party. The outcome was truly a holiday miracle! Fun Fact: The Phoenix Children’s Hospital also gives toys to the children in the hospital and their siblings!

Valentine's Day Cards for Seniors

For Valentine’s Day, our employees across all of Arizona wrote cards to give to Scottsdale Village Square, a retirement home. Most seniors spend moments like this without family and loved ones. Our teams wanted to brighten their day with sweet messages! We dropped off 155 cards along with extra goodies to make sure they felt extra loved on love day!

Our teams feel grateful to be a small part of something so big because of Camden Cares! We Our springtime events include supporting mother nature and cleaning up a local park in honor of Earth Day. As someone who has always prioritized volunteering and giving back since childhood, I feel thankful that I work for a company that feels the same!
