Enjoy your Camden community

Spring is the perfect time to enjoy all the amenities in your community! The pool temperatures are warming, and the lounge chairs are calling your name. Lay back poolside or hang out in our beautiful cabanas while soaking up that Vitamin D. Invite your friends and family over to throw some burgers on our outdoor grills while you catch up. Have a four-legged best friend? Many of our communities have a bark park for your pup to stretch its legs. This is a perfect place for you to meet your fellow pet-loving neighbors.

Enjoy the water

Paddleboarding and kayaking are the perfect activities to do this spring! If you are lucky enough to live at Camden Preserve or Camden Bay – you have quick and easy access to the water!

• Camden Bay is surrounded by a 1,000-acre nature preserve and is located on a canal that leads into Tampa Bay. With a boat and kayak launch inside the community, you will be enjoying the water and scenery in no time.

• Camden Preserve is in the heart of South Tampa, with direct access to the water of Tampa Bay. Take a stroll through the mangroves on our new boardwalk leading to our kayak launch. You can even paddle over to Picnic Island and lay on the sandy white beaches!

Enjoy the many festivals

Tampa Bay Rodeo and Family Festival – April 8th and 9th

• Cowboy, horses, oh my! The Rodeo is in town at the Hillsborough County Fairgrounds. Buckle up for bull riding, barrel racing, and awesome family activities everyone will enjoy. This is only minutes from our Brandon, FL communities, Camden Royal Palms and Camden Visconti.

Pier 60 Sugar Sand Festival - April 8th - April 24th

• Head to Clearwater beach, which is only a short drive from Camden Central and Camden Pier District in Downtown St. Petersburg to see these amazing sand sculptures. You will be amazed by what can be made with just sand and a whole lot of creativity and talent.

Jammin’ on the River – April 23rd

• Come out to Water Works Park and enjoy a plethora of local craft beer. Stroll along the river and listen to live music. All proceeds help support the Florida Sheriff's Youth Ranch and Children's Dream Fund.

Riverfest – May 6th and 7th

• This free two-day event is a must-do! Enjoy a stroll down Tampa’s Riverwalk and listen to live music, enjoy family-friendly activities, cheer on your favorite pup at the wiener dog derby and fill your belly with delicious cuisine from local restaurants. This event is just minutes from Camden Preserve but easy to get to from all of our communities in Tampa.
